OVAP is a registered reseller of all the products sold on this site. We handle warranty claims for Retrospec, and Atoll. All Oru Kayak warranty claims must be processed through Oru Kayak here
All in stock items ship within 2 business days. Time in transit is anywhere from 2 to 7 business days.
Ottawa Valley Air Paddle takes pride in getting you your purchase fast. Because of our multiple fulfillment centers located strategically across Canada it is not uncommon for our customers to have their board or boat on the water in 3 days or less. This may also result in parts of your order being shipped in multiple packages from different locations depending on stock and availability.
